British Army women's head coach stresses importance of Twickenham triumph
The British Army women's rugby union team are set to kick off their Inter Service title defence with a titanic Twickenham Stadium tussle against the Royal Navy.
The match is the tournament opener for the Army, who have watched on already as the RAF beat the Navy in Plymouth.
That Air Force win piles the pressure on both teams to get a positive result on Saturday.

"We've got to win on Saturday because if we don't do that, then we haven't got a chance of winning the Inter Services," said Warrant Officer Class 2 Sarah Mitchelson, the head coach of the Army.
"[I'm expecting] a really good up-front battle especially in the forwards. I'm really excited to watch to see how our scrum goes against them.
"They're just going to give us everything and they're going to come out with every single thing they've got."
The match is part of an exciting Army v Navy double header from the home of English rugby and you can watch every moment live with Forces News.
