RAF rugby star Amy Cokayne was part of an England side that cruised to a friendly win over Six Nations rivals France at Gloucester's Kingsholm Stadium.

The flight lieutenant was not on the scoresheet herself this time but started in a strong Red Roses 15 that convincingly beat France 38-19.

It was a sense of déjà vu for Les Bleues who have now suffered their fourteenth consecutive defeat against England.

This was the first of two tough fixtures for England before they head to Canada to play in an annual tournament featuring the top six women's rugby teams in the world.

Following this game, England will play current World Champions New Zealand at Twickenham next Saturday.
