Two days and two tests: Army and UKAF getting prepared for Remembrance rugby

Sport and Remembrance come together next month as the British Army and UK Armed Forces rugby union teams prepare to take on international opposition.
The Army host the USA Military on Tuesday, 10 November, before UKAF face the Belgian national team the following day.
The Army Rugby Stadium in Aldershot will stage the clash with the Americans, with kick-off scheduled for 18:00 UK time.

The Belgians will travel to the edge of the Cotswolds to face UKAF at Kingsholm Stadium, where kick-off is set for 19:45 UK time.
Both matches will be broadcast live on the BFBS Forces News YouTube channel and BFBS TV (for serving personnel overseas only), with coverage beginning 15 minutes before kick-off.
This will be the third annual Remembrance rugby match between the British Army and USA Military, with the Army looking to make it three wins from three.
In 2024, they stormed to a 47-17 victory before claiming a 31-12 win last year. Since then, the Army Masters side has travelled to Seattle and secured a thrilling 31-27 victory over the USA Military in the Liberty Cup.
UKAF will be looking to end a two-year run of Remembrance defeats against Germany but face a stern test against an emerging Belgian side.
The Black Devils narrowly missed out on qualifying for the 2027 Rugby World Cup earlier this year and finished fifth in this year's Rugby Europe International Championship.
