Scotland Hosts First British Army Warrior Training Competition

For the first time, Scotland has held its own qualifiers for the British Army Warrior Fitness competition, at Kinloss Barracks.

Hopefuls in Scotland have taken part in four regional contests, with the top male and female team from 51 Brigade sent to compete in the UK’s final in Aldershot.

Hosts 39 Engineer Regiment came out on top, while 3 RIFLES were the only battalion to send a female team.

More teams will join for the final qualifier at Leuchars next month.
