The British Army tennis team have returned to the courts in winning style.

After a long break without action due to the coronavirus pandemic, the players were back in competition against students from Cambridge University.

The match was held at Cambridge's own courts on university grounds.

It was a tough test for the Armed Forces players but they stood firm and came out on top with a 7-2 victory.

They will now look ahead to the Inter Services B Championships taking place at RAF Halton on 7 June.

The British Army Sport Control Board congratulated the team on their victory through their Twitter account.
