British Firearm Firms Take Training 'To A Different Level'

Two British firms are taking marksmanship training 'to a different level', thanks to newly developed technology.

Ultimate Training Munitions has developed ammunition that can be used in training situations, with the system also replacing the bolt from a live weapon with a training bolt.

This means that when personnel are using any of their range of training ammunition, should a live round get in, the weapon won't operate.

Another company, 4GD, has created an interactive training simulator, which includes a reactive target that reacts to personnel as they go through the training and is capable of shooting back.
