Norway is the latest country to join the UK-led programme to train Ukrainian forces.

Britain has committed to training up to 10,000 Ukrainian soldiers in infantry battlefield scenarios in the coming months.

More than 1,000 service personnel have deployed to run the programme, with the training taking place at Ministry of Defence sites across the UK.

The scheme is also being supported by Canada, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands and Sweden.

British troops have helped to train Ukrainian troops to use multiple-launch rocket systems, or MLRS, in addition.
