Prestige Endurance Event Held In Germany For Final Time

A prestige event aimed at testing the energy and endurance of troops has taken place for the last time in Germany. 
 
Teams from the Royal Regiment of Scotland faced a variety of challenges on a 40 kilometre (25 mile) course aimed at pushing them to their limits.
 
The event, which kicked off with a two-mile timed march whilst carrying 30 kilograms of weight, has been running since 1982.
