In pictures: How Remembrance was marked by UK forces around the world

UK Armed Forces personnel and veterans around the world have marked Armistice Day and Remembrance Sunday.

Commemorations were held in each of the UK's capital cities - London, Edinburgh, Belfast and Cardiff.

Participants overseas also paused to remember the fallen, including those in the Falklands, Cyprus and Canada.

Armed Forces personnel took to social media to share how they had been remembering the fallen.

The Commando Logistic Regiment at Camp Viking, a British military base in Norway, shared photos of personnel during a service.

Royal Navy vessel HMS Spey, which is deployed to the Indo-Pacific, shared a video of its at-sea Service of Remembrance.

A Remembrance Sunday service was also held at RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus, featuring a flypast by a helicopter, as captured by Forces News' Sofie Cacoyannis below.
