Almost 10,000 veterans and 800 tri-service personnel have marched past the Cenotaph in Whitehall, central London, as part of Remembrance Sunday commemorations.

The nation, and UK military communities around the world, have fallen silent to honour the fallen with the King leading the national service at the Cenotaph.

Among those marching in London were nuclear test veterans, who for the first time wore a medal acknowledging their contribution.
