Remembrance: After Loss

Forces Network has been hearing what remembrance means to those affected by conflict.
 
Senior Aircraftman Gary Thompson, was a reservist with the RAF Regiment. At 51, he was killed by a roadside bomb during his first tour of Afghanistan.
 
He was the oldest serviceman to die during the conflict. It's now seven years since his death.
 
His wife Jacqui explains how Remembrance Sunday has changed for her (above).
 
Lance Corporal Corey Mapp served nine years in the Household Cavalry at Windsor, and lost both legs when his vehicle was blown up in Helmand.
 
He has been among those in the last few days who gave us his thoughts on remembrance.
