Tickets for Troops offers chance to watch new line-up of events

Military charity Tickets For Troops has added some exciting new events for serving personnel and their loved ones to enjoy for free in recognition of their service and sacrifices.
Thanks to the generosity of donors, thousands of tickets have been made available for a range of events from Premier League football to shows by top comedians.
Events include the Liverpool FC v Manchester United clash at Anfield, shows by comedians John Bishop and Tom Houghton and British Horse Racing.
Tickets For Troops has something for everyone in the new line up.

The charity, which was set up in 2009, has also secured tickets for the UK military contingent at a strategic Royal Navy base in Bahrain for the Grand Prix next month.
The exhilarating racing event takes place over 57 laps of the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir on 20 March.

Tickets have also been made available for England’s two football matches at Wembley Stadium in March.
The game against Switzerland is on 26 March and England will go against Côte d'Ivoire on 29 March, the first time the two nations teams have met at senior level.
If you are a member of the armed forces community and a massive horse racing fan you are in luck.
Tickets are available for all 59 racecourses in the UK for both the jump and the flat seasons.
Paul Swain, Raceday Experience & Communications Manager for the Racecourse Association, said: "On behalf of all British racecourses, the RCA is delighted to continue horse racing's long-standing record of support for Tickets For Troops, now in its thirteenth year.
"The work of our armed forces is recognised across the country, perhaps even more so given the additional support they have given to the national pandemic effort, and we are delighted to provide a day's racing as a token of our gratitude.
"I sincerely hope all who apply enjoy a wonderful day out."

Tickets For Troops has helped thousands of members of the UK's armed forces and their families to attend big events like football matches since its launch in 2009. In 2018, the charity celebrated having given away one million tickets through their FA partnership.
The charity recognises the sacrifices made by serving personnel, their families and veterans so offers free tickets for major sporting events, theatre performances, music concerts and cultural attractions to current serving members of the armed forces and those who have been medically discharged from the service since 2001.
Tickets For Troops, operations director, Evie Blades, said: "We have had a fantastic response from our supporters and donors at this early stage of the year.
"It's very reassuring that the amazing work of our armed forces, sometimes taking place quietly behind the scenes and without fanfare, is recognised in this way.
"A big thank you to all of our supporters."
