Major Boost For Forces Families Transitioning To Civilian Life

Forces families who are transitioning to civilian life are to benefit from extra support thanks to a grant from the Forces in Mind Trust.

The three Armed Forces Families Federations have been awarded a substantial grant, and with this they have each employed and trained a Transition Liaison Manager.

They are experts on all things transition, and they will undertake research on the current support available.

They will also support families, acting as their advocate, and as a point of contact.

You can get in touch with the Transition Liaison Managers at the following email addresses.

Rosie Buxton at the Army Families Federation: [email protected]

Lucy Heaver at the Naval Families Federation: [email protected]

Louise Briggs at the RAF Families Federation: [email protected]
