23 Parachute Engineer Regiment Celebrate New Name

Army Engineers who work as part of the airborne forces have had their role recognised in a name-changing ceremony.
 
23 Engineer Regiment has officially become 23 Parachute Engineer Regiment and marked the change with a new flag and a parade at Woodbridge in Suffolk.
