BFBS Forces News celebrates record-breaking year of live news and sport coverage
BFBS Forces News and Sport live events have achieved more than 2.5 million views in a record-breaking year for the service.
BFBS Sport live-streamed nearly 60 fixtures in 2024, while a dozen other events included departures and arrivals of Britain's biggest warships and the very first live BFBS Sitrep podcast.
The sports coverage increased by more than 300,000 views from 2023 – an increase of around 35%, not including the huge attention given to Nepal's footballing clashes against England C and the British Army in May (which together pulled in 735,000 views).

2024 also ushered in another milestone for BFBS Forces News' YouTube channel, as the service reached 900,000 subscribers.
