Liberation Day: Military Marks End Of Falklands War
Commemorations were held in the Falklands to mark Liberation Day.
It is 37 years since the war in the Falkland Islands came to an end.
Held every year on 14 June, Liberation Day commemorates the end of the occupation of the islands by Argentina in 1982.
A public holiday in the south Atlantic islands, thanksgiving and wreath-laying ceremonies are held.
The UK continues to have a military presence in the Falklands, centred at RAF Mount Pleasant, while also working with non-NATO ally Argentina on alliance missions.
The military community has been paying its respects on social media.
