'Proud' Gordon Ramsay Congratulates Royal Marine Son

Jack Ramsay, son of one of Britain’s most famous ever chefs, has become a Royal Marine Commando.
Images of the 20 year-old joining the elite force have circulated widely across social media, thanks to his well-known family and friends.
Posting pictures standing alongside his son, dressed in full uniform, 53 year-old Gordon struggled to contain his excitement.
"Can’t tell you enough how proud I am of this young man Jack Ramsay you’ve made me feel like the proudest father today congrats on joining @royalmarines what amazing achievement," said Mr Ramsay on social media.

The Royal Marines describe themselves as 'the world's most elite amphibious fighting force'.
Part of the Royal Navy, the force is trained to respond rapidly to international crisis situations.
A gruelling 32-week basic training course includes a 30-mile 'yomp' across Dartmoor with a full kit, weighing 32lbs.
David Beckham was one of many to join Mr Ramsay in congratulating Jack, adding to the thousands of social media hits on Gordon’s post.
The famous personality chef is the ‘real deal’ in his own right – his restaurants currently holding seven Michelin stars worldwide.
