RAF Halton Personnel Parade Through Hemel Hempstead

RAF Halton personnel have marched through Hemel Hempstead, exercising their right to the Freedom of the Borough.

The parade route, which went from the town's Gadebridge Park to Hemel Hempstead's old town was lined with members of the public wanting to show their support.

Led by the Band of the Royal Air Force Regiment, the parade culminated in a Lancaster flypast.

Taking part was Corporal Kimberly Patterson, she said: "Everyone is filled with an immense sense of pride, marching up and down.

"The overcast weather was welcome for sure, that breeze was fantastic."
