A woman has caused upset after she was seen drunkenly dancing naked around a war memorial.
The incident happened in Sheerness, Kent, the day before VE Day, which marked the surrender of Nazi Germany and its allies ending the Second World War in Europe.
A young man who filmed the incident on his phone on Sunday said he was waiting for his mum to pick him up when he saw the woman start undressing and shouting at a group of men.
He said:
"She went into the middle of the road and then went over to the memorial bit but she looked like she wanted to fight someone, she had her fists ready.
"It was just across the road from the police station, so a PCSO turned up and caught her when she was getting dressed again.
"The whole thing lasted a good 20 minutes, and she was naked for 11 of them."
The Grade-II listed memorial was unveiled in 1922, and commemorates those lost on HMS Princess Irene, which exploded and sank off Sheerness in 1915.
Kent police said a 44-year-old from Minster was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly, assault and indecent exposure but released pending further inquiries.
