RAF wing commander missing, feared dead, in Pakistan

The Royal Air Force has announced that an airman taking part in an expedition in Pakistan is missing, feared dead.
The announcement, posted on the RAF's Facebook page, said the service's thoughts are with Wing Commander Gordon Henderson's "family, friends and colleagues at this dreadful time".
Wg Cdr Henderson is part of the British Services Mountaineering Expedition on Broad Peak Mountain in Pakistan and went missing on 19 July.
The post added that "further speculation is unhelpful" and asked "that the family's privacy is respected".
