28 Engineer Regiment Say Farewell to Germany

28 Engineer Regiment have been saying farewell to Hameln in Germany.
 
The unit is being disbanded as a result of defence cuts and Army restructuring.
 
As Rob Olver reports, it marks the end of a British presence in the town, also famous for its Pied Piper, that dates back to 1945.
