Army Promises To Listen To Lower Ranks
The army's promising to listen more to its soldiers.
Hundreds of Regimental Sergeant Majors have gathered at Sandhurst to learn about the new Army Leadership Code, which aims to introduce better communication between the lowliest private and most senior officer.
It comes as a new Army Sergeant Major has been appointed to work alongside the Chief of the General Staff, in part as the voice of the rank and file.
