The largest parachute exercise in 10 years has taken place on the Salisbury Plain Training Area. 

Some 276 personnel from 16 Air Assault Brigade jumped out of an RAF A400M to demonstrate their rapid ability to deploy. 

After the personnel came back down to earth, they quickly secured the site and defended the drop zone.
