"NATO Members Must Do Their Part"
The head of the US Army in Europe has warned that NATO countries need to do their part to deter Russian aggression in Ukraine.
Lieutenant General Ben Hodges commands the 30,000 American troops based on European soil - but says the US can't do it alone and that it will take all 28 NATO members.
And the General told Forces TV he's worried that the UK's defence spending will soon drop below the NATO minimum of two per cent of GDP.
