Victoria Cross Sold at Auction for £408,000
A Victoria Cross has sold at auction for £408,000 making it the most expensive auction medal ever in the U.K.
The VC was awarded to Lieutenant John Duncan Grant who led a Gurkha assault on a Tibetan fortress 110 years ago.
