Sandhurst rehearsals promise a 'world-class and iconic' Sovereign's Parade

Officer Cadets at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst have been diligently rehearsing for the upcoming Sovereign's Parade, which takes place next Friday.
The Sovereign's Parade is a significant milestone for Officer Cadets, representing the end of their rigorous 44-week course and their official commissioning into the British Army and various overseas military forces.
This ceremonial parade happens three times a year and is a closed event, reserved for the cadets' friends and family who have supported them throughout their journey.

Dan Cope, the Academy Sergeant Major, took to social media to share his enthusiasm for the preparations: "Our rehearsals are well under way as we prepare for the Sovereign's Parade to mark CC 233 special day next Friday.
"Our Officer Cadets and staff are working extremely hard to deliver what will be a world-class and iconic parade."
The rehearsal showcased the meticulous attention to detail required for the Sovereign’s Parade, with both cadets and staff demonstrating exceptional precision and dedication.
This behind-the-scenes preparation is crucial in ensuring the parade meets the high standards expected of Sandhurst’s ceremonial events.
Although the Sovereign's Parade itself is a private affair, the public has the opportunity to experience Sandhurst's traditions through the Commandant's Parade, accessible via the Sandhurst Trust.
The Commandant's Parade is a full dress rehearsal two days before the Sovereign's Parade.
