A Look Into Military Fitness Training For Recruits

For 30 years this has been the staple of the Initial Military Fitness training given to all Royal Marine recruits during their first nine weeks at the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines in Devon.
 
Based on a Swedish PT model, it combines fitness with drills. 
 
Initial Military Fitness training is a highly-disciplined method of fitness used to reinforce the militarisation process during recruit training.
