Project Poseidon: Fast Tracking Royal Navy Basic Training
A pilot scheme to fast track Royal Navy reservists through basic training has taken place at HMS Raleigh.
'Project Poseidon' took participants less than a tenth of the time it normally takes to complete the training.
The model could be used in future to help bolster the numbers of personnel required under Future Reserves 2020.
