"Royal Navy Never in so Much Demand"

The Royal Navy's Second Sea Lord says the Senior Service has "never been in quite so much demand as it is [in] now", despite facing manpower shortages in some of its specialist branches. 
 
Vice admiral David Steel was speaking to Forces News from Britannia Royal Naval College, where he was the guest of honour at the passing out parade for the latest Royal Navy Officer Cadets.
