British Man Who Fought Islamic State Wants To Join Reserves

A British man who spent five months fighting Islamic State in Syria has told Forces TV he would now like to become a military reservist.

The 28 year old, who has only given his name as Harry, returned to the UK yesterday.

He admits he is surprised not to have been questioned when he arrived at Heathrow.

Harry had no military experience, and worked as a currency trader, until he joined Kurdish fighters in North East Syria last December.
