Hopes For F35 To Appear At RIAT 2014 Fading

The Defence Secretary says he is optimistic the F-35 Lightning II will be cleared to fly in time for the Farnborough Airshow.
 
However, hopes of its debut at this Friday's Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford are fading fast after an engine fire grounded the entire US fleet on Saturday.
