Amputee Chef: The Inspiring Daily Reality Of Injured Veterans
Triple amputee and former Royal Marine Mark Ormrod has released this incredible video showing how he overcomes the day-to-day occurrences most of us take for granted:

On Christmas Eve 2007, whilst on patrol in Afghanistan, Mark Ormrod was injured by an IED, resulting in him becoming the UK's first triple amputee from the conflict.

He has since become an award-winning author and now travels the UK and the world sharing his story as a motivational speaker.

Mark told Forces TV:

"I started it because I remember how many questions I had when I was first injured & there weren't many answers out there so I thought the more info I put out there the more people it could help who are perhaps facing adversity themselves. The thing with these videos is that I'm going to be honest, no false bravado. I'll just tell it how it is. I don't generally get embarrassed and I'm not ashamed to admit when I find things difficult."

You can find out more about Mark's story on his website.
