Military heads on the inclusive and diverse culture they want as they look ahead to 2023
The heads of the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force have spoken about their drive to ensure the military embraces a diverse and inclusive culture with no tolerance for inappropriate behaviour, as they look ahead to 2023.
The First Sea Lord, Admiral Sir Ben Key said: "What is really important to me is that people can come and give of themselves and be the best of themselves".
Chief of the General Staff General Sir Patrick Sanders described the effort to ensure a diverse and inclusive culture as "a constant journey, it’s a constant challenge."

Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Sir Mike Wigston said it requires "relentless engagement and communication" and is about "getting that message across".
