One-Armed Biker Sets Sights On World's Most Dangerous Race
A former soldier from 1 Rifles, who lost his arm in a motorbike accident, is now training to compete in one of the deadliest races in the world.
Chris Ganley has set his sights on becoming the first ever one-armed biker to race in the Isle of Man TT.
A motorbike crash in 2014 saw Chris, who had raced for the army, lose his left arm, break his spine in three places, suffer broken ribs and a bleed on the brain.
But it was the thought of getting back on the bike that motivated Chris through his rehabilitation at Headley Court in Surrey.
"When I had the injuries, I was getting one love taken away from me, and I couldn't let the other go too ... When I was home, the motorbikes were my rehab."

Chris now rides a specially adapted Yamaha R1 with the clutch and breaking all on the right side of the handlebars.
Competing in the Thundersport GB Championship meet in Anglesey last Sunday, he took third place in his first track race.
The hard work and practice are set to continue though, Chris is now aiming for the Isle of Man TT in 2023.
