Shoreham Pilot To Be Questioned Over Crash
It's understood air crash investigators and officers from Sussex Police are preparing to question the pilot of a Hawker Hunter jet that crashed at the Shoreham Air Show.
Andy Hill, a former RAF Harrier pilot, was pulled from the burning wreckage of the aircraft after it smashed into the A27 in West Sussex while undertaking a display.
11 people died in the accident as the 1950s jet ploughed into cars and spectators.
Mr Hill, who has been treated at an undisclosed location since the crash, is said to be 'improving' and has, according to Sky News, left hospital after spending several days in a critical condition.

An inquest into the tragedy has been opened and adjourned, while a full investigation into the cause of the accident is being undertaken by the Air Accident Investigation Branch.
Initial findings garnered from studying footage of the crash and parts of the wreckage, now stored at Farnborough, suggest that there were no 'abnormal indications' prior to impact and that the aircraft was responding normally to the pilot's controls.
Flying displays across the country have been affected in the wake of the disaster with already stringent regulations on vintage aircraft being tightened further.
