Triple Amputee Royal Marine To Star In Feature Length Documentary

The first member of the British Armed Forces to survive a triple amputation on the front line is to make a no-holds-barred documentary about his life.

Mark Ormrod will feature with his family in the special programme about his day to day life coping with his disability.

How does he shower? How does he do the washing up?

These questions gave him and former Royal Marine turned filmmaker Matt Elliott the idea to make a documentary about his life.

Mark lost both legs and his right arm to an improvised explosive device on Christmas Eve in 2007 in Afghanistan.

Since then he's written a book, launched a career in motivational speaking.

Last month the pair launched a Kickstarter campaign called 'No Limbits' to help raise money to cover the costs of the project '.

Where the documentary is aired is still to be decided but for those wishing to back Mark and the project, his Kickstarter campaign ends on Saturday.
