Trump Has 'Good Talk' With NATO Chief
The secretary general of NATO has expressed confidence that President-elect Donald Trump would maintain an alliance with Europe.
Jens Stoltenberg previously expressed concerns over the provocative election campaign speeches where Trump questioned whether the United States would automatically defend NATO allies if they were attacked.
Stoltenberg said at the time that Europe needs America and America needs Europe.
But ten days after he was declared the winner of the election, Trump has now spoken to the Nato chief and seemingly put his mind at ease.
Stoltenberg shared his thoughts on the ‘good-talk’ he had with Trump over Twitter.
Good talk with US President-elect @realDonaldTrump. We both underlined the enduring importance of #NATO and increased defence spending.

And today news reports from across the pond have said that the position of attorney general has been offered to senator Jeff Sessions.
