Veterans Compete To Be World’s Strongest Disabled Man

The World’s Strongest Disabled Man has been crowned in Manchester. It's a strong man competition with a difference - all of the athletes are disabled.

Among those competing was former Grenadier Guard Mark Smith

Mark was shot seven times in the leg and shoulder whilst on pre-deployment training in Canada in 2011.

The new level of competition has taught him a lot, and given him something new to work towards.
