WATCH: 'Dunkirk' Teaser Trailer Released
A teaser trailer has been released for the upcoming 'Dunkirk' movie.
The epic film, set to hit UK cinemas in July 2017, stars Tom Hardy, Harry Styles, Kenneth Branagh and Cillian Murphy amongst other Hollywood names.
It's directed by Christopher Nolan, who's enjoyed huge success with previous blockbusters Inception, Interstellar and the Dark Knight Trilogy.
His new flick tells the story of the 1940 evacuation of over 300,000 Allied soldiers from France, by a hastily assembled fleet of over 800 boats.
Some were rescued from the beaches to the larger ships by what came to be known as the 'little ships of Dunkirk', a flotilla of hundreds of merchant marine boats, fishing boats, pleasure craft, and lifeboats called into service for the emergency.
The evacuation was described as a "miracle of deliverance" by Winston Churchill in his 'We Shall Fight On The Beaches' speech.
