Army table tennis players given elite coaching

Army table tennis players have received guidance from a top-class source ahead of their service championships.

Former British champion and Commonwealth Games veteran Jason Sugrue visited Aldershot Garrison gym to impart his wisdom to the players.

That included the number one ranked competitor in the Army, Sapper Dominic Weston, and their number two female player Private Bethany Brewer.

The focus of the two-day training camp was building the players' skills ahead of the Army Championships and this year's Inter Services Championships.

The best table tennis talent from across the Forces will gather at RAF Halton on 28 March.
