RAF triathletes toil in the sun at Rutland Water as new champions crowned

The 2026 RAF Triathlon Championships have taken place at Rutland Water in the East Midlands.
Emily Barnett won the under-24s female title while Becca Ryder took the 25-29 women's crown.
Elsewhere, Marcus Williams was crowned the best young athlete that the RAF have after winning the open under-24s race.

William Larkin was victorious in the open 25-29 event while in the 30-34, Tom Spencer crossed the finish line first.
There were also wins for Si Flynn, Adam Baker, Ed Dyer and Chris Carrie in their respective age groups.
