Karriss Artingstall goes 6-0 in professional boxing career and credits Army for 'moulding' her

Karriss Artingstall believes the British Army "moulded" her into the boxing star she is today, with the former Olympic medallist continuing her bright start to her professional career.
The former Royal Artillery soldier beat Lila Furtado on the undercard of Saturday night's Natasha Jonas v Mikaela Mayer event.
The win took Artingstall to a 6-0 record as a professional boxer and speaking to Sky Sports ahead of the fight, she credited her military experience for playing a big part in her success.

She said of her time in the Army: "It was hard work but I enjoyed it in a weird way. I think because it was challenging me.
"That's what's moulded me into the disciplined, courageous person I am now, I suppose. It was definitely hard to start with.
"It moulded me into a good person as well. It does tie into the boxing side as well. You've got to be brave with boxing. You've got to be disciplined," said Artingstall, who won a bronze medal representing Great Britain at the Tokyo Olympics.
"It's proper sorted me out I think, boxing and the Army."
Speaking of her Olympic performance, Artingstall looks back on her bronze medal with a mix of pride and disappointment.
She said: "I have my days where I'm proud of it, I have my days where I'm disappointed with it.
"It's hard to even qualify for the Olympics, let alone medal in, but that's not good enough for me. I know what I'm capable of doing and I know what I want to achieve."
