British Army pair compete at Natural Strongman World Championships in Glasgow

Two British Army competitors from the world of strongman have competed in the Natural World Championships in Glasgow.
Paige Attwell and Rhys Calland are both part of the Army's Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme and Calland is the reigning Europe's Strongest Man.
Both competitors finished eighth in their respective categories against some talented challengers.

Calland won the UK Armed Forces Strongest Man title in April while Attwell has been a leading star for the female side of the forces sport.
In February, she was the first female from Forces Strongman to be included in the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme.
