Marines v Paras: How to watch 2026 Falklands Cup football clash live

It's a battle between two of the elite Armed Forces outfits and on the football pitch, they've been rivals fighting for bragging rights at the Falklands Cup.

The Royal Marines will host the Parachute Regiment in Exmouth for a night of football, passion and drama and you can watch every minute live with BFBS Sport.

The match will be broadcast live on the BFBS Forces News YouTube and on BFBS TV (for serving personnel overseas only) with catch-up services available on both platforms. The coverage begins at 17:45 BST on 10 September.

In 2019, one of the best Falklands Cup clashes ever took place in Exmouth as the Marines won a nine-goal thriller as captain Richard Charles headed in the winner to break Para hearts.

Three years later in Colchester, goals from Rhys Thomas and Stu Morgan sealed a comprehensive 2-0 win for the Marines and in 2025, Ben Hebditch and Kieran Feeney scored in a 2-1 Marines win.
