British Army hold off improved RAF and Royal Navy to retain women's T20 Inter Services
The British Army women's cricket team have won the T20 Inter Services at Arundel Castle Cricket Club, but much-improved performances from both the Royal Air Force and the Royal Navy pushed them all the way.
The ladies in red retained the title with a 10-wicket win over the Navy and a three-wicket win against the RAF.
It came down to the wire in the final match, with the Army's winning runs coming with just two balls to spare and seven wickets down.

The RAF posted a competitive total of 152 largely thanks to 96 from Ellie Stanley, and they came close to clinching the title with the whole team pulling together in the final overs to cause some panic in the Army camp.
Army captain Connie Cant was awarded the player of the tournament with batting figures of 74 against the Navy and 67 against the RAF.
Earlier in the day, the RAF v Navy match was abandoned due to rain.
