The British Army FA have announced who will be leading their next chapter of women's football.
Sergeant Craig Parker moves up into the head coach role after a short stint as head coach of the Army development team. He led them to a 3-1 win over the Royal Navy's development team in the first-ever fixture between the two sides this summer.
Sgt Parker has completed his UEFA B License and is also currently working on capturing his UEFA B Goalkeeping Licence.

He told the Army FA social media team: "Taking on this role is a massive privilege for me. We have a group of exciting and talented players who have the ability and drive to win the Inter Services.
"I am excited to get the ball rolling this season and to see what we can all achieve together."
The development team will now be led by Colour Sergeant Andy Ferguson who has previously worked with Millwall Lionesses.
He has enjoyed a lot of success within unit football and has triumphed with five trophies in six years.
"I consider it an honour to be selected to become Head Coach of the Women's Development Team and I look forward to nurturing the flourishing talent within the women's game," said CSgt Ferguson.
"I consider myself a developer of people and will use this to support and guide the players in their footballing journey within the Army."
