RAF women's captain 'leading by example' as Air Force aim for another title
It's been RAF dominance over the past three years in military women's football and one player who has led the charge is Sergeant Cat Beaver.
The RAF skipper brings a wealth of experience to the team, from her time in service football as well as stints at Oxford United, Nottingham Forest and MK Dons.

"I demand a lot from the girls, whether they like that or not," said the midfielder.
"But you know they all tend to know it's for the right reasons. You know I do expect high standards and then it filters down for everyone."
RAF head coach Sergeant Chris Hamilton says players like Sgt Beaver are key voices on the pitch.
He said: "It's important that we can have players on the pitch that can get our messages across because we can't impact the game from the sideline throughout that 90 minutes all the time.
"It has to come from the players."
