UK Armed Forces retain President's Cup after penalty shoot-out in the Netherlands

Watch: See the action from the 2025 President's Cup clash between the UK Armed Forces and Dutch Air Force

The UK Armed Forces women's football team have retained the President's Cup after winning a penalty shoot-out against the Dutch Air Force in the Netherlands.

Goals from RAF pair Shaunna Jenkins and Pip Wilson gave UKAF the lead twice, but their Dutch hosts levelled the game on both occasions.

In the shoot-out, goalkeeper Jamie-Lee Bamford made two important saves and Jenkins stepped up to fire in the winner.

It means UKAF hold on to the trophy that they won in the UK last year after a 3-0 win in the West Midlands.

The closeness in competition that these two rivals have was on full show again - and three of the last four clashes between the two teams had to be decided on penalties.
