British Army form first ever women's ice hockey team
The British Army have introduced their first ever all-female representative ice hockey team.
The new Army Fury team were recruiting players at a two-day trials session in Chelmsford and Cambridge as soldiers from differing levels of experience in the sport took to the ice.
The long-term aim for the team is to create a marquee match with the RAF Pumas, their female team, at an Inter Services level.

"I think it's really important," said team manager, Major Jennifer Hollins.
"It's very important for the women in the Army to be able to play and be given the same opportunities as the men."
