Royal Air Force clinches men's and women's Slopestyle team titles in Meribel
The Royal Air Force have won both the men's and women's team titles in the Snowboard Slopestyle event in Meribel.
Both teams saw off stiff competition from snowboarders from the British Army and the Royal Navy, with the Army finishing second and the Navy finishing third respectively in both the men's and women's team events.
But the Army and the Navy did have something to celebrate, with the Navy's Able Rate Simon Andrews winning the men's individual title and the Army’s Captain Lisa Gibson winning the women's title.
Speaking to BFBS Forces News, AB Andrews said: "It feels really good.
"I got first a few years ago and then last year I just missed out, so it felt really good to get back in and get a run down that held onto the top."

And Capt Gibson said: "I'm still in a little bit of shock, but it's been a fantastic day, so I'm very, very happy."
AB Andrews' Royal Navy teammate Marine Chris Harrington had to settle for silver behind his teammate with the RAF's Josh Rathbone settling for third.
And in the women's event, the RAF rounded off the podium places with Corporal Natalie Fields finishing second and Wing Commander Natalie Feeney finishing third.
